RETURN FORM FOR DELIVERED GOODS

Is there a reason to return goods delivered by us?

In order to process your return, please fill in the return form and add this form to the goods that need to be returned. Before returning a product, please note the following points in order to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary costs:

1. In case of clear damage to the delivered goods, which occurred during transport, please contact our shipping department

2. Please have the damage confirmed in writing on the waybill by the driver.

3. Never charge shipping costs to us when sending goods return! Shipments with insufficient postage will be rejected by our incoming goods department and will be returned to the sender at your expense.

4. Taking back goods if you do not like them is not customary in wholesaling and is therefore fundamentally excluded from us. This applies in particular to custom-made products and special orders.

5. All returned items must be adequately packaged, preferably in the original packaging. Goods with obvious transport damage, including those caused by insufficient packaging, will be rejected by our incoming goods department.

6. If the warranty is excluded, a repair order must be submitted and all costs will be charged

Please note that it is not possible to process your return without a completed return form and we have to refuse to accept the shipment.
